    Hi there, I normally post on the arthritis board, and due to toxicity of the Plaquenil after 2 years, I have had to discontinue it, since I failed the visual field testing.     Am I experiencing eye problems from Plaquenil? lupus I also know that I'm a CYP2D6 poor metabolizer and for me I usually only need a tiny dose of or can't take drugs metabolized by that liver enzyme. Is it even possible to have eye complications this soon? Should I think about stopping now? If you had eye complications from Plaquenil when did you notice?
