    Plaquenil Does plaquenil cause insomnia? I've been taking it for weeks, I take one in the morning, one in the evening. I have not slept for 3 days straight. I thought my ambien wasn't working anymore, but I took 2 last night plus a tylenol PM, and not a wink of sleep. I'm afraid it's the plaquenil. Please say
