    Methotrexate or Plaquenil - Scleroderma - Inspire Mar 21, 2014 Ok, here is a question that we all could probably use an answer to; Methotrexate or Plaquenil for CREST Scleroderma. I have read Plaquenil is better for Lupus but Methotrexate is better for Scleroderma. Doctor said either is fine, but she wants me to choose. What is your experience with either or both. I need reviews.
