    Undiagnosed and started on plaquenil - looking for advice and. I have also had a sore throat for about a week which I didn't connect to plaquenil at first, but then I read in the pamphlet that plaquenil can increase the risk of infection - specifically throat infections, so I suspect it may be connected.
